About the project

‍URUNN is a personalised running app co-founded by Sir Mo Farah, Adam Clarke, and the WithU team. It delivers AI-powered coaching through Stride AI, personalised training plans from 5K to marathon, and a community built around real runners at every level. The app integrates with Strava, Apple Watch, and Garmin.

My role

• End-to-end Webflow development from start to finish
• Aided the design team in translating brand positioning into a digital experience
• Built a CMS architecture structured around product storytelling
• Mobile-first page builds with GSAP animations
• Took URUNN from completely unranked to first-page Google results through on-site SEO, site structure, and performance optimisation
• Audited full site architecture for content hierarchy and crawlability
• Accessibility optimised across all pages
• Fully responsive across all devices and browsers
